Managed by PT Sinergi Colomadu, De Tjolomadoe is a former Sugar Factory building in Karanganyar, Central Java which was established in 1861 and then revitalized into a Heritage Tourism Destination and MICE Venue with international standards. The old sugar factory complex has now been transformed into a new tourist attraction, historical landmark, and convention center that can provide education and insight into the history of Sugar Factories in Indonesia and the development of the sugar business.
Standing on 6.4 ha of land, De Tjolomadoe is only 5 minutes from Adi Sumarmo International Airport and 20 minutes from the city center.
The De Tjolomadoe complex consists of a museum area, Tjolomadoe concert hall, Sarkara multipurpose hall, restaurants, and retail stores, where you can shop for crafts and souvenirs.
