The main gate opens at 18:00 WIB. Guests with reservations should proceed to the reservation counter and present proof of payment (transfer receipt). OTS (On The Spot) guests should proceed to the OTS counter. Purchase of la carte vouchers and buffet vouchers can be made at the restaurant, with the latest purchase time at 22:00 WIB (subject to seat availability). la carte vouchers: minimum purchase Rp150,000 per person, available at the Rooftop Restaurant. All-you-can-eat buffet vouchers: Rp200,000 per person, available at Restaurant Level 1. Guests who have purchased the HeHa Hore 2026 ticket are allowed to exit and re-enter the venue by showing the entry stamp as proof. Outside food and drinks, pets, sharp objects, alcoholic beverages, firecrackers, or fireworks are strictly prohibited. (Security checks will be conducted.) The area will be cleared and sanitized at 01:00 WIB.
